The Church of the Holy Family in Tribune, the southernmost parish in the eparchy, was built in 1944 and is located in the hills east of the village. As early as 1919, parishioners met in a small chapel constructed in the yard of Hryhoriy Koszman. This chapel was destroyed in a windstorm in 1921.

In 1943, Hryhoriy Koszman passed away and bequeathed 160 acres of land to the parish. The profits from this land were designated to assist the parishioners in constructing and maintaining a church.

The Church of the Holy Family at Tribune is served by clergy from the eparchy.
